Incentivizing Employee Productivity

Oct 8, 2019 | The Professional Noticer

This week, Andy answers a question from a leader who works in the public sector for the State of Alaska. Because of the state deficit, he believes himself unable to incentivize workers with bonuses, pay raises, time off, etc.

He wants to know if Andy has suggestions for motivating his hard working employees…as well as himself.
