03Shipping Policy

All products purchased from the Andy Andrews online store will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority or United Parcel Service (UPS). All products ship from Orange Beach, AL 36561.

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders of $50 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Most orders ship the same business day they are placed.

04Autographs and Personalization

Every book from our store ships autographed by Andy. You can also have your book personalized: add the name in the personalization box on the book’s page (+$7 per name, first names only, please). Please note that personalized orders may have a longer time of delivery due to Andy's speaking and writing schedule. Our team will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

05Order Status

You will receive an automated email from us to confirm that your order has been submitted successfully. You will receive an additional email message when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable. You may contact us at (251) 981-5005 or email Shipping@AndyAndrews.com with any questions or special requests.

AndyAndrews.com will be responsible for your package until delivery is confirmed by the carrier via tracking number. If your package is lost or never received, it will be our pleasure to resend your order and make a claim with the carrier.

06Backorders and Delays

If one or more of the items you order is on backorder, we will hold the order until all items are in stock. We will notify you within 24 business hours by email of any backordered items.

07Volume Discounts

Discounts are available for larger quantities. Visit the product you wish to buy for specific volume discounts if available. Some larger quantity orders may require extra processing time, but our team will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

08Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you may return undamaged products shipped within the United States within 60 days, no questions asked. Products may also be returned if they are defective. Please email WeCare@AndyAndrews.com before returning defective merchandise. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the product. 09Exchange Policy

Exchanges for a different size or color are always accepted. CDs or DVDs must be in their original packaging in order to exchange. The exchange must always be for an item of equal value. If not, the item will be returned and you can place another order.
