This week, Andy hosts Bennie Dalzell—General Manager for the #1 Publix in America.
What you’ll hear:
- Bennie’s journey from college to being headhunted for a position in Bermuda
- Some of the highest-selling items from the store
- What he would fix if he could
Tune in to hear Bennie share his experience running the store with the highest grossing day out of 1,272 locations across 7 states.
Would you be curious to know about one of his most “difficult” customers, and would it surprise you to know it’s someone near and dear to Andy’s heart?
In Loving Memory
Bennie brought excellence, humility, and heart to everything he did. His leadership and warmth left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
