Getting Respect from Others

In this week’s episode, Andy works with a young couple who own a retail business.  They wonder what practices can be put into place that will maintain respect from their employees, while still developing friendships with them.

Andy also offers advice to a woman whose friend occasionally loses his temper in public. She’s often embarrassed and wants to know how to address the issue.

This week, Andy’s book of the week is Never Forsaken by Juan Ortiz. Juan’s story is one Andy had been wanting him to write for years. It holds the answer to the life you desire for your family.
