This week, Andy answers a question about how to stay motivated while looking for people who need help and still have the energy to meet their needs.

Andy also offers advice to a long-time, very successful medical professional.  Her new boss tells her that she’s incorrectly doing her work and is now “under a microscope” with corporate leadership. She wants to know how to effectively deal with this issue and turn her fear of this person back into the joy she previously experienced at work. 

Tune in to hear when you should go over your supervisor’s head and confront their boss with workplace issues…but not with the intent you might think.
