This week, Andy hosts Wes Henderson—Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer for Louisville Distilling Company, the producer of Angel’s Envy bourbon.

Tune in to hear Wes talk about growing up in the business and falling in love with science. His father was the Master Distiller who created Woodford Reserve, Gentleman Jack, and Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel.

Wes also discusses his take on “master distillers,” how the angel’s get their share from each barrel of bourbon, and giving back to the community—including having planted more trees than they’ve used for barrels!
