A Thanksgiving State of Mind

Nov 20, 2018 | The Professional Noticer

This week, Andy reads a classic Thanksgiving story from his book Return to Sawyerton Springs. Through this story, you’ll learn a method to find thankfulness when you’ve lost your grateful spirit.

After that, we take a listener question on the characteristics you should look for when hiring someone and why the outcome of a personality test shouldn’t bare too much weight in that decision.

Be sure to listen for Andy’s take on the importance of surrounding yourself with a team where everyone knows their role and how to ask specific questions to find these key people.
