Have Your Employees Hit Their Professional Ceiling?

Dec 9, 2019 | The Professional Noticer

This week, Andy answers a question from someone looking for a life coach. He has three friends who do this kind of work, but he doesn’t know how to pick the best one and wants to know what Andy thinks about the concept in general.

Andy also answers a question from a boss who wants to know how to get off on the right foot with new hires.

In addition, two of the employees have shown they might be ready to take the next step professionally, but he’s wondering if they’ve “bumped into their ceilings,” and wants to to know if Andy has any perspective on the situation.

Tune in to hear this especially fun episode where we’re taking the show on the road! This episode is full of laughs, wisdom…and a little bit of rain.
