The New Boss in Town: Could It Be You?

Dec 2, 2019 | The Professional Noticer

This week, Andy answers a question from someone who’s having a difficult time working for their new boss. His previous boss met with employees individually and on a weekly basis…but the new boss thinks an annual meeting is sufficient.

Our caller wants to know, “How do you let your boss know that they have horrible management skills?”

Andy also answers a question from a curious gift giver. She wants to know how Andy thinks when buying a gift for someone, and if there are things to watch out for when giving a gift to children other than her own.

Tune in to hear how gift giving can be used to build business and relationships, but only if you do it the right way.
