Constructive Criticism?

Jan 22, 2019 | The Professional Noticer

In this week’s episode, Andy answers a question from someone who offered a coworker constructive criticism, but  later found out their words were taken more personally than intended—resulting in professional repercussions.

Andy also offers advice to a mother of three who finds her boys are typically most interested in playing on their phones while riding to and from school. She wants to know how to strike up the conversations that will lead to laughter, wisdom, and perspective before they head for class.

Tune in to hear the kinds of questions Andy asks his boys to open up about what’s going on at school, plus the one question you can always ask when you’re getting the answer, “I don’t know.”
