In this week’s episode, Andy answers a question from someone working with a small team. He wants to know how to deal with the behavior of one member who is constantly disruptive. 

Andy also offers advice to a father whose college son has lived, breathed and trained for football for most of his life. After a serious injury on the field requiring multiple surgeries, he’s had to give up the dream of going Pro. His father is seeking words of wisdom on how to press through these seasons of change.
